Coach Will Harris has been helping people become stronger, fitter, and more capable since 2005. From day one, his mission has been simple: help individuals build the strength and conditioning they need to perform better—not just in the gym, but in life.

Will began his career training clients at major metropolitan gyms like Bally Total Fitness and New York Sports Club, where he quickly saw the difference smart, results-driven training could make. Inspired by the warehouse-gym model—where coaching quality, atmosphere, and real results matter most—he opened his first gym, CrossFit Riverdale, in 2009. That success led to the creation of Harrison Strength & FitnessRehoboth Beach Barbell Club (home of Sweet Science Rehoboth).

Over nearly two decades, Coach Will has guided athletes to 100+ top-three finishes in sanctioned strength sports, helped high-school athletes earn scholarships, trained high-profile professionals, and worked with everyday people looking to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. His coaching philosophy centers on building durable strength, conditioning, and movement quality—the foundation for powerful, resilient boxing performance.

An accomplished athlete himself, Will is an 8-time Delaware’s Strongest Man champion with competitive experience in powerlifting and CrossFit. His pursuit of well-rounded performance led him into combat sports, where he trained under respected boxing coaches John Glover and Billy Lyell, earned his Level 1 coaching certification through Box N Burn Academy, and currently trains in Krav Maga under Dave Gerber, further expanding his understanding of striking mechanics, movement efficiency, and real-world application. He also serves as a fundamentals coach at Sweet Science Rehoboth.

Coach Will’s approach helps members move better, hit harder, last longer, and recover faster—making strength training a powerful tool for better boxing and long-term fitness.
